Ways to pay for your studies


The fee for your course includes everything. There are no hidden extras, our fee includes everything from registration with the exam board, all course materials and tutorials/support right up to and including your final certificate/s. 

Following completion of enrolment on our system using the link we send to you and attendance at a short meeting meeting via Microsoft Teams, to confirm your identity and answer any questions that you may have, you can then make payment, using the details on this page.  After payment has cleared, you will be able to log on to the VLE platform and commence your studies.

The payment options for each course, are detailed below. Please note that the pay as you go option is not available for the L2 Functional Skills courses. This is because these courses are available as licences from PASS Functional Skills so, as soon as you are enrolled on them, you have full access to all of the materials. For the same reason, refunds for the Functional Skills courses are not possible.

You ARE able to pay for your Functional Skills courses as single payment but also take advantage of the pay as you go option for an Access to HE Diploma.

We also offer a pay as you go option for the Access to HE Diploma only, in which you can pay for your course as you go along, after making a non-refundable deposit. Please note that we do not currently work with Advanced Learner Loans.

This is not a credit agreement, and no credit check is required, you just pay as you go along.

Enrol for just £165.00 this is non-refundable and covers registration and certification with AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group, which is the Access Validating Agency (also known as the examination board).

Your first unit of study is included free of charge, to get you started and your second unit (6 credits) is discounted.
